As shown on the itinerary highlighted on the map, day 1 includes Phakding. The bottom of the map shows the airplane icon, indicating you'll first need to fly from Kathmandu Airport to Lukla. Upon landing at Lukla (2840m), you'll trek to Phakding(2652m) through the main hiking trail, as shown on the map.

As the map shows, you'll get to Namche Bazaar (3440m), passing through Monjo and Jhorsale on the second day. As the map depicts, day three is your acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar. Continuing your journey, you'll get to Tengboche monastery (3870m) on day four, passing through the settlements of Samsa.
