The temple is both a religious and cultural heritage site for Hindu devotees. The temple gets most of its visitors from people who come to pray there.

  • Sarangkot

Sarangkot is a well-known tourist attraction due to its awe-inspiring sunrise views over the stunning mountain summit. A morning drive to Sarangkot allows you to witness the golden sunrise view over the snow-capped Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, Manaslu, and Dhaulagiri ranges of the Himalayas. Whether you are a photography enthusiast or want to immerse yourself in nature’s beauty, Sarangkot is the finest destination. Also, Sarangkot is a popular destination for paragliding.

  • World Peace Pagoda

Located on a hilltop, the World Peace Pagoda, also known as the Shanti Stupa, offers panoramic views of the Himalayas and the Pokhara Valley. Upon reaching the Pagoda, visitors are greeted by the four sparkling white stupas, each adorned with golden Buddha images and facing a cardinal direction. Visitors worldwide come to the Pagoda to experience its peacefulness and stunning views.

  • Bindabasini Temple

Dedicated to the goddess Bindabasini, this temple is located on a hill. Bindabasini Temple is one of the oldest temples in Pokhara that offers strong cultural and spiritual significance. From this temple, you can enjoy scenic views of Pokhara city, Phewa Lake, and the surrounding mountains. The temple is a vibrant hub during festivals and a great place to observe local culture and devotion.

  • Devi’s Falls

One of the significant attractions of Pokhara is a waterfall named Devi’s Fall, also known as Patale Chhango. The waterfall is a major attraction for tourists and locals. Many domestic and foreign travelers visit this waterfall that disappears into an underground tunnel, creating a mysterious scene. The primary source of the waterfall is the Phewa Lake dam. The David Falls is visually appealing because gardens and shops surround it.

  • Begnas Lake

Begnas Lake is another lake located in the southeast of Pokhara Valley. Begnas Lake is an alternative to Phewa Lake, which is getting popular among travelers. The lake is less crowded compared to Phewa Lake, making it ideal for boating, fishing, picnics, and birdwatching. Selecting the right season to tour in Pokhara is one of the most difficult yet best choices for travelers. Normally, Spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November) are the best seasons to tour. Both of these seasons offer great visibility and are perfect for photography enthusiasts.

Spring is the best season for touring and trekking in Nepal. During this season, the weather and temperature are comfortable, crisp, and perfect for walking during the day. Days are warmer and nights are cooler. The blooms of flowers all over enhance the tour in Pokhara during spring.

Autumn is perfect for touring and trekking in Nepal. Clear weather, lush greenery, and excellent visibility make autumn the finest time to visit Pokhara. Nights are cooler and days are comfortable for exploring. After the monsoon season, the surroundings become green, with crisp, crystal-clear visibility. This season offers the great beauty of the surroundings, like a postcard.

The monsoon season is not much considered for touring and trekking in Nepal. Although visibility is brilliant after rainfall, roads are slippery, and there is a high risk of landslides in hilly areas. So, it becomes risky to travel during this season.

Similarly, winter is not considered the best season for touring in Pokhara. Although on a clear day the visibility of the mountains, hills, and valleys is good, it’s hard to see in winter.

Overall, spring and autumn are considered the best seasons for traveling in Nepal.

Food and accommodation during the 7-day Pokhara Tour are included in the package. You’ll be living overnight in a three-star category Hotel. You’ll be sleeping in a private room with an attached bathroom. There will be all the facilities, like laundry, hot showers, internet, electricity, and even a tea and coffee maker and a hair dryer. The staff is well-behaved and provides the best service.

Breakfast is included in the package. You’ll have breakfast, including tea or coffee, bread with jam and butter, fruit and vegetable salad, muesli, milk, cornflakes, soups, and more.

For lunch and dinner, you can eat in your Hotel, or you can enjoy a fine dining restaurant. For lunch and dinner, you can eat international cuisine and traditional Nepali food, such as dal bhat, momo, chow mein, pizza, pasta, noodles, fried rice, macaroni, varieties of veg and non-veg soups, and many other foods.

You can go on a street food hunt; the food tastes heavenly.

Yes, throughout the 7-day Pokhara tour, you’ll get comfortable transportation provided by your travel agency. For sightseeing in Kathmandu and Pokhara, you’ll get a private car, van, or bus based on your group size. The transportation is comfortable, and they take you to every viewpoint and exploration area.

From Kathmandu to Pokhara, you’ll take a scenic flight that takes around 25- 30 minutes. The flight offers the incredible beauty of the Himalayas, green hills, and valleys.

A Pokhara tour can be done solo, but hiring an experienced guide is recommended. An experienced guide enhances your experience by providing detailed information about local lifestyles, Nepali culture, and rich history.

An experienced guide helps you explore places, connect with locals, tour comfortably, avoid logistics stress, and travel stress-free. Touring with a guide allows travelers to enjoy the stunning beauty of Pokhara, the cultural highlights of Kathmandu, and a thrilling flight to Everest.

There are many benefits to hiring an experienced guide for a Pokhara tour.
